Disabling Speed Stepping

You don't understand what I am saying, a PSU can and will damage components, and sometimes the PSU will still operate while damaging. Hence the reason it is important to have stable voltages.
 
What brands do you recommend, I was thinking MSI. BUT Idk.

I go with MSI Asrock, please stay away from asus for amd boards nothing but problems.
Also I know you're a tad bit upset but why the heck bother with watercooling in the first place ? :/

Next board you get install the heatsink on the outside of the case and mount it to mobo and put it back in.
Gigabyte is probably gonna give you a new mobo but look into this here:
