its time to upgrade my graphics card finally

the PC specs are in the signature heres what im looking for

1 dual dvi output for dual monitor setup
2 nvidia(personal peference)
3 no gaming just desktop(photoshop, videos, music winamp visuals etc.) pretty much best desktop performance.
4 i have multiple windows open most of the time
5 priced under 100 and under 150

there are just too many of them and i dont know whats best for this specific task

link to motherboard specs if that makes any difference
GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 775 - GA-EP43-UD3L (rev. 1.1)

what are the important specs to look for in desktop and multimedia speed?
ram size and speed?

does it have to match any of the motherboard clock speeds? fsb or cpu?

None of the above. Any modern low end card including IGP will do anything you want as long as it isn't heavy GPGPU (compute, calculations, heavy GPU processing from programs like Maya, Photoshop, f@h, ect), or gaming.

The cards I linked will go straight into your machine and will work right off the bat with a driver update.

i do use photoshop

and my current issue is when i surf the internet i leave the pages of interest loaded sometimes i have 20-30 pages open at same time and have different wallpapers on each screen while having winamp playing and transferring files from one drive to another.
no its not porn, mostly the deviant art and other similar pages.

but my roblem is the photobucket is draggins at snails pace and after a while of browsing and organizing and editing pictures in photobucket it just freezes which i suspect is the result of outdated video card.

pdf files open.

im slightly adhd so if i close it it will be forgotten so i have to keep everything open

That actually sounds more like a RAM problem, BUT Photobucket has been exceptionally slow since they changed the new layout. Though, you are in need of a new GPU. Either of the ones I linked are leaps ahead in performance compared to the old 6800GT.

yea i let them know every time i get a chance.

i even got into it with them on facebook.
they are trying to be like facebook but dont realize that people dont care.
i go there to store photos.

they want to be a crossbreed between facebook and deviant art.
90% of people go there to store and link photos
i used it since first version and first version worked great and fast.
now after 6-7? updates it still sucks... i donno what those web designers are thinking

rant over lol

I too have been using it since it opened up. I have over 3k pictures on there dating back like 9+ years or so.
