I am building a new PC. I just need to know if all my parts will work together. And if there are better alternatives. what would you recommend ? my budget is around 600$ so i cant go over that.
My parts:

hard drive: Western Digital WD Blue WD2500AAKX 250GB 7200 RPM

GPU: EVGA 01G-P4-3650-KR GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Powersupply: COOLER MASTER GX 450W RS450-ACAAD3-US 450W ATX12V v2.31

ram: CORSAIR Vengeance 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3

Motherboard: MSI B75MA-P45 LGA 1155 Intel B75 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel

case: NZXT Source 210

CPU: Intel Core i5-3330 ivy bridge 3.0GHz

Should I get a Cd drive to install windows 7,8?
Lastly is the graphics card good with the upcoming games.
Any help would be nice :) :) :p

Looks pretty good, but an optical (disk) drive is a necessity for installing an OS like you said. Also I know you have a strict budget of $600, but if you could push that just a little, I personally think it would be worth it to upgrade to a 2G 650 and get 8Gs of ram, for a gaming rig.

Good luck with your first build!

Oh really? Huh, never even heard of that method before.
Yea I've mentioned it a few times before as others have too. Optical isn't needed for really anything anymore as long as you can transfer the data via flash drive.

To the OP.
I would ditch that PSU for a Corsair 500w CX at least, or if you can stretch the budget a Seasonic S2 520w.

You can relieve 10 bucks by swapping to this board instead.

For the HDD this would be a better option.
Seagate Barracuda ST500DM002 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - Newegg.com

This is also a very speedy drive.

The 650ti is kind of weak already, and next gen games are going to make it really weak. Not much more you can do there unless you have a bigger budget. The next thing to do would be drop your CPU to an FX 4300, get a cheap motherboard, and use the extra cash saved for a 660.

I second getting 8GB of RAM.
