So my laptop is: ASUS - N56VZ
Those are the specs I guess.
My GPU is:
GeForce GT 650M | Features | GeForce
I want to get a new monitor for gaming. Although it's not even a desktop, I want to know if my laptop can run a 120hz monitor. If you look in "interface" of my computer specs all the ports are there:
1 x Microphone-in jack
1 x Headphone-out jack
1 x VGA port/Mini D-sub 15-pin for external monitor
4 x USB 3.0 port(s)
1 x RJ45 LAN Jack for LAN insert
1 x HDMI
1 x SPIDIF speaker out
If I can't run a 120hz monitor with my GPU, what about a 60hz? I currently run one, but it's like 8 years old. If I can't run a 120hz I think I'll settle for a 1920x1080 60hz one. If that's the case, can anyone along with telling me a solution, suggest some monitors for me? Thanks!
