hey guys name is jeff im 26 from north carolina. married with 3 children. im in need of some help real fast. sorry for the short introduction. so i downloaded the 7th heaven season 5 and it has perfect sound on my Desktop... when i transfer it thru my flashdrive to the laptop, the video is fine but i have no sound... ive did this many times before with other movies and most work perfect but 25% have no sound when i transfer them.. dunno what i need to do.. its AVI format and like i said it works fine on the desktop but when i transfer it from my flashdrive to the laptop it has no sound.. thanks for any help

Did you try watching vids online?? is it working fine ?> how about playing music on your laptop ??

Install a codec pack such as K-Lite or download and use VLC Player.

i cant really stream videos considering that her laptop is junk the little acer aspire 1, i did however download VLC player but it seems so laggy on her laptop ill try k-lite and post the outcome
