my question is-how to change the key of win xp after installing?

Why would you want to change it? You can't change it I think.

you can change it if you use somebody else xp cd to reformat your computer. you will have to put their cd-key in during install for it to work. when you are done, activate it and then you will have the option to change the key. then you put your original key in and it will activate
