I have a Toshiba laptop and I was using it in the car connected to a power convertor yesterday. I had just put it in hibernate mood by closing the screen and when i turned it back on, the screen wouldnt show. So I manually turned off the laptop and turned it back on. On startup, I got an error message " The following file is missing or corrupt /WINNT/SYSTEM32/CONFIG/SYSTEM"
I tried to use the repair function in Windows Setup (using "r") however it requires an Emergency Boot Disk which I have not created. Are there any other options I can use to boot into Windows? Thanks a lot!
