Guess you're on the west coast. I was thinking east.

You're not just replacing the fan, you are replacing the whole cooler on the CPU. It will give more surface area for the heat to disperse meaning a larger low RPM fan can cool the CPU easy.

Yes, which one is best. Difference between $50-$75 isn't going to make a huge difference. I just want the best one that will do the best job in the server

If you want to spend the money, an H55 or H60 and two of these would be the best option with ease of install.

I had two of those on my custom water loop for the longest time. Awesome fans. Ugly to some, but since this is a server shouldn't matter.

With or without the fans, my vote would be the H60.

Is the CPU Temp something I should be worried about?

CPU is at 12% Usage too.. Am doing nothing on the box :/

Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H100I CPU Cooler System LGA1155 1156 1366 2011 AM2 AM3 FM1 & FM2

Would that work better than what you suggested before?

It would, but over doing it for a stock CPU. Those temps are fine.

Number 1 goal is to keep the server as quiet as possible. Because it is in a fairly warm room.

So whatever you recommend for that I will do.

More cooling doesn't necessary mean less noise. The stock fans that come with the Hydro coolers are noisy. That's why I brought up the Noctua fans. They are ugly and pricey, but extremely worth it. DB levels typically below 20.
