What type of connector is this? (Thinkpad T60)

Most likely a proprietary keyboard connector.

Probably. I'm ordering these 2 (I found them after posted the question).
54363-0578 - MOLEX - RECEPTACLE, 50WAY | element14 Australia
51338-0474 - MOLEX - RECEPTACLE, 0.4MM, 40WAY | element14 Australia
Reason being, the connectors do look a like. A bit. Just gonna wait and see.

I'm guessing it's the 40 way, since it has 20 pins on both sides.
