New mid-high end pc?

Pcspecialist looks quite good. Although i never used it I do look on there sometimes. Once you get your rig from there give me some feedback from it because i might buy a pc from there too soon.

i forgot to mention the budget, 700-800 is more my price range...

Well you wanted payments, selected the site for payments, and put up to 80/m. I kept it less than half that. Just remember the 7870 is slower than a 660ti and the 4170 is much slower than the 3470. I also highly recommend putting the ssd back in there due to the sheer general performance enhancement alone.

can there be any slight changes to your suggested build to drop the price a bit? I have to look at my options financially and i think i may have to switch to a 1 off payment.. I really appreciate the help

GeForce 660 is best buy currently at least by my opinion. I believe that i5 would be adequate to run any game. If you are building a gaming rig be sure to buy a best graphic card you can afford.

Do you need the monitor and all with it? Otherwise, my build is only 50 more.

If you change the CPU to the 4300 and the GPU to a 660ti it only slightly raises the end price of your build.

i dont need a monitor just the PC... but yours inc VAT is coming out at over £900?
