First time builder

So I want to upgrade my tower. The most building I've done was replacing my old PSU with a new one, so I don't have much experience in all this. But, I want to learn! I've had my current build for about 4 years and it's not playing like I want it to anymore. So, it's time to upgrade, and I'm not paying for another one already built.

The PSU is only 2 months old and is a Corsair GS700, and the case is a Cooler Master from Cyberpower. If I can build it all in to my current case, great. If not, oh well lol.
Budget: $700. $800 Max. Looking to play FFXIV with no problems, WoW, Skyrim, FFXI and basically any new games coming out with decent settings. Any help is greatly appreciated! And sorry for the long post... just want to make sure I got everything lol.

Yes, it is long and unnecessary. Download and use Speccy and post the summary. It'll be better.

I'm sure PP will chime in here soon, but If you do a search on TF for builds. I know for a fact that PP Mguire has put together a lot of systems that would fit your needs and budget.

I already had this in my cart from the last build. If you don't want the HDD you can bump up the GPU to a 670.
