Broken DVD Reader Drive

Well, it doesn't open, until you fiddle with it, then it does, butI can't hear it spin the DVD's up to speed, is it broken, and should I purchase a replacement, or can it be fixed?

What about the power supply? I guess your psu is low on watts.If its not the power supply,I guess the drive is broken and need an replacement.

The PSU didn't change, so I guess is broken...
Well, I guess I'm in the market for a new drive!
