I'm building a new system also and am using the same RAM, HD, and Mobo, except the mobo isn't refurbished. That mobo cost you $110 then $1 shipping, new one is $136 with free shipping. If you find the extra cash I would go the safe route with the new one, the price difference is very small. Also, the drive you got wont read dvd's. This is also another cheap upgrade I would do if you could get the cash. Here's a good one http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=27-106-932&depa=1 and i'm sure there are others even cheaper. Other than that, looks great. Even without these upgrades it should be very nice.

Thanks man, i never got what refurbished meant lol, now i do, so refurbished is like a used mobo but checked and fixed or one that has been taken back? or wat, also i dont really need the other upgrade on the drive, cuz I got like 5 dvd players in this house and i dont think i will need it to watch on the comp, cuz i will be doing all gaming

anyone else got suggestions?

Also I heard that it would be better to get a case without a power supply and get a good one, any suggestions on that ?

Refurbished is basically a fancy word for used. People don't like it or they buy the wrong one and they send it back to the retailer and the retailer lables it as "refurbished". i would suggest buying it retail. For a case i suggest buying a nice case that suits your needs and buy the power supply that you need. Read up on reviews etc about a good power supply. Also Watts arent everything but heres a helpful site:
