I wasn't saying that. I was saying that it's pointless to buy a new board for a dead platform unless you can find one cheap and you intend on keeping that CPU/board for a few more years.
Anything Seasonic in the 500w range.

Wel its finally done after I found out how hard it was to get my claws on a seasonic psu (and being busy in generaI) I eventually got myself a Coolermaster GX-Lite 600w and now everything is up and running! Man I can't thank you guys enough for al the help with my special thanks to PP.

This. Almost any other PSU than cooler master's silent pro series ( GX, extreme etc ) is garbage according to reviews.
