Computer wont start

Hi guys i hope you can help me. I opened up my gaming pc for a regular dist removal off the fans. I wore my antistatic armband and attached it to the pc's case. Using a q-tip i removed all the dust off the fans, being carefulnot to touch any of the boards. When i started it up after this cleaning the there was no signal to the monitor and i was given tow long beebs about 2seconds long with a five second gap between them. I know it isnt a graphichs card problem, i switched the one that was in there out with my old one. Same thing. Its a Amd xp 2800+ on an asus a7n8x-x with 512mb of pc3200 ram. Its got a 9600xt which i swapec out for my old 9200. Thanks in advance i hope you can help. I'll do my best to answer any of your questions

Ps its not overclocked, but i do use the overdrive feature for the xt.
