First Build... Need Help

What is the purpose of this machine? Already a negative on that PSU, and if this is a gaming build then a negative on 16GB of RAM. You'll need a GPU too.

Sorry forgot to add what the purpose is for i will use it for photoshop, video editing, and gaming.

You will need a GPU, and a much better PSU (quality, not wattage). I would also recommend grabbing an SSD.
