Well what brand is the psu? it really depends on the quality of the parts that the manufacturer uses as to whether it can really give you the full 450w all the time.

Doesn't really matter. A 650ti takes less than 100w max and the i3 will take either 65 or 55w depending on if it's IB or SB. Either way, max load is less than 50% capacity at all times.

If he needed a new PSU at all I would have said something.

Hey guys!! So my dumas didn't think to take a look at the case when I bought it from the guy at the store after he told me it was the 450 version, its actually the 350.

its the stock power supply that came with the case. The case is an in win z589. Stock psu so its probably crap
