Neither does the network diagnostic thingy that it runs as well.
But they do put Joe Public's mind at ease by making them think they care lol

I use the network diagnostic tool to fix random wifi problems. I have no idea what it does, but it'll connect. I'm guessing it clears some form of cached info or whatever.
