From my experience, i think your motherboard is DOA, you may want to RMA it.
it would be a good move to see if anyone else jumps in on this though that could offer another opinion. May i ask why you went with a pentium dual core though for gaming?

To be honest, when it comes to processors, I don't know anything about them. "dual core" is what caught me.

I am so stupid! A couple of CPU pins were bent. Bent them back with a sewing needle, everything works now.
