Installed a Artic Cooling VGA Silencer on 9700 Pro and now my computer won't boot!

sure you can test it in another machine. All that will happen is that it will throw BIOS errors like you are occuring now if it is indeed burnt out. Or if it works then you know at least the card itself is good and you have some type of configuration error. It could be the AGP slot itself that blew up thus the PCI version working....always hope for the best I say

thanks everyone. sorry, i was in a real big panic. i'm not panicing anymore, just a little disappointed. oh well, it's not the end of the world! i'm going to test it on another machine. i'm hoping that my agp slot isn't burnt out.
