Buying a New Graphics Card for My Pc!

So i a few months ago i built myself a gaming computer and I've played a few games and recently bought a new one which i am getting low fps so im thinking about upgrading my Graphics Card to rather a GTX 670 Or 680 Or even a Radeon HD7870 il provide a screenshot of my specs with my motherboard be compatible?

What CPU do you have and what games? My answer is going to be the 670 or 680 no matter what.

Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 is the motherboard... you have a a pcie x16 slot, so your motherboard will be compatible with those graphics cards.

Also, what brand model is your power supply?

My Power supply brand/model is a XFX Pro series 750W and my Processor is a AMD FX 4170 Bull Dozer 4.2Ghz and games like DayZ ,Witcher 2 need to upgrade my graphics for crysis 3 but i want to get it for that to and what model of each one would you recommend for gaming?

680 without a doubt. Crysis 3 maxed with 8xMSAA kills my SLI 580.
