I'm building this rig strictly for gaming and don't need to spend anymore than whats allready put into it. Does it all look compatible ? The case is also very cheap but IMO looks decent and comes with a 480 PSU which is a nice plus. The RAM is "Value" which is ok for me b/c I don't intend on overclocking it and plan to buy a 2nd GB of RAM for it late Feburary. Am I missing anything ? I have keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, and software allready. Thanks for comments and advice in advance !!

Man thats a nice rig, and not a bad price at all. But like lazerman said, get the Winchester core instead of the newcastle.

Wincester is 90nm correct ? If so, I heard you needed to flash the mobo to get the processer to work on it. The thing is I have no clue how to "flash" a mobo. Could you tell me how or help me find a mobo that would't need flashing. I would prefer a mobo that allready supports 90nm.
Also, I heard the only difference was the 90nm processor runs abit cooler than the 130nm processor. If I did settle with the Newcastle core would there be that much difference or would the Winchester just be better for overclocking ?

Winchester is a beast for overclocking, as far as boards that support 90nm, most don't that I know of. The abit av8 would need to be flashed, but I believe it is fairly simple to do.
