SO I have and old computer that i bought from someone and just recently found that he lied about the vid card it;s a 64mb? si does anyone have a small upgrade for this type of computer like a 256mb? they can link me

The amount of VRAM isn't really going to help the hardware due to the age. He didn't lie, just up the amount of dedicated RAM in the bios to 256MB (It's an IGP, and a weak one).

You can also add a PCI-E card to the machine if you want to, but the PSU is weak and the CPU is also rather weak.

EVGA 01G-P3-2625-KR GeForce GT 620 Video Card - Newegg.com

Kingston ValueRAM 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model KVR667D2N5K2/2G - Newegg.com

If you upgrade that emachine, these 2 items will be more than enough for it.
Also check and make sure the cpu has good grease on it.
Chances are it doesn't and it will need a fresh coat of it,
