Brand new hard drive + Windows installation?

Because some people believe Intel SSDs have the highest reliability which isn't true. Corsair, Samsung, and Intel all battle for that spot on the consumer side of things.
That makes sense.
But I mean I have a Samsung 840 250GB (got it for a deal at $150!), and I've only seen the intel drives at higher prices than those (not much higher mind you). I just can't see intel ssd's producing that much better results to warrant the higher prices.
 
Well speed/IOPS results aren't what I'm talking about here. You're pretty much paying for the name these days as Intel from the old days has been known to provide the best reliability where degradation is concerned.
