The Antec is better, the CX430 would under power. I would say yes to both.

If your intention was to simplify, you went a bit far. You can run a computer without drivers, but it's 50/50 your PC will even boot up without a properly supporting bios.

Yha i was.. relating bios as the base drivers to boot the mobo...

I am just getting it built at a local shop. I've never used them before so I've come to you guys for advice more then the sales team

Okay, for a local shop that's not b ad.

I would get the Antec ea650 over the cx430.. The the Seasonic 520 is probably better than both. I run the rebranded seasonic, aka Corsair hx520, in my overclocked 950 with 560ti with plenty of umph,.
