Hard drive does not show after power on/sleep

Hey guys I've been having the issue with my laptop after power on or sleep. If I power the laptop down it won't show as a boot device until I restart it a few times, and after waking it up sometimes my second partition does not show. Any ideas? I've read this is due to the hard drive slow spinning or getting ready to die. It's a 1TB "hybrid" drive.

It happens... but for me it easily fix but running the self diagnostic and repair option.
