Here is the hardware I was looking at. If anything is wrong, underkill or overkill please say so! I dont know what I am doing lol. give me tips. I would like my budget a little lower though so if you think I could downgrade something, let me know. Right now this is at $768.00.

What is the purpose of this build?

First things first, that CPU wont work on that motherboard. Secondly, no to the CPU anyways.
The next thing that needs attention is the PSU. You don't need 750w for that rig.
