Screen issues?

Our computer is doing this:

Is this the video card going bad? It boots and works for while then does this. It is a Dell Latitude D630 laptop with Windows XP.

Try updating your graphics card drivers from the GPU manufacturer's site rather than Dell's site.

You can see what card you have by going to Device Manger > Display Adapters. It should tell you what brand/model you have.
