What matters most in a GPU?

Hi guys, so I'm looking at the Palit GTX 660Ti which costs £215 And the MSI GeForce GTX 660 which is £180, There's a significant difference between the Clock cores and stuff, The MSI GTX 660 Having at least 200 more MHz base/boost clocks, but like 300 less Cuda Cores, what matters most?

It's a combination of both depending on the architecture of the generation of card you are looking at. Stick with the 660ti.

Will do thanks Seeing as the graphics card is overclocked, providing I Find out how to put it on overclocked wouldn't it just make sense to keep it on overclocked 24/7? I'll buy a Few extra 120mm Fans so it remains cool, wouldn't that make sense though?
