So I'm still deciding what parts I want to use, and I know some of you are probably getting tired of repeating the same things to me lol, but yeah. I'd like the pc to work around an Intel i5(cheapest version one) and a Palit 2GB GTX 660Ti. I can't tell you For sure but I'm guessing they'll equal around £325-350. I'm going to try and stick to the £600-650 Budget I originally set, if needed max 700. Baring in mind my needs can you guys please put a rig together around those two parts. Thanks guys!

He either needs to get a cheaper case to get the 8GB of ram, pay a bit more for it or search around for cheaper prices.

What's a modular PSU?
I'm looking at PSU's on Scan, I'm fine with buying the one brinks kindly linked as it's a Pro series but I was hoping For a 600W + There's three I can't decide between though.
The Sharkoon WPM500 500W Modular (PSU) which is £40.20
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/500w...ar-80-eff-80-plus-140mm-quiet-fan-atx-v20-psu

The Powercool PC650UM 650W Modular PSU which is £41.58
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/650w...ossfire-eps-12v-120mm-quiet-fan-atx-v22-3-psu

And the ZCool PS-08 700W Modular (PSU) which is £40.67
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/700w-ezcool-ps-08-modular-sli-crossfire-eps-12v-quiet-fan-atx-v23-psu

What I can't really understand is a 700W PSU is only 47 Pence more expensive than a 500W one?

Can't decide between two cases: The Fractal Design Core 3000 Mid Tower Case = £47.98 Or the Corsair Carbide 200r which is roughly the same price.

AFAIK, it's a PSU which some or all of its cables can be disconnected from the PSU if they aren't used to decrease the no. of cables inside the case, and increase airflow. If it's fully modular then you'll be able to remove any cables you want from the PSU itself if you don't use them.

Can't compare two SSD's.
Intel 330 Series 60GB SSD costing £60
Or a Sandisk 64GB SSD which is £45
Quite a significant difference in price and more bang For less buck?
And does anyone know a good Case Fan manufacturer? I'm going to buy two extra 120mm Fans For my PC but I don't want to end up buying some really cheap Fan that will brake in a Few months.

Don't cheap out on the psu. IMO all three listed is bad quality.

The 700w psu is bad since:
1. Bad Efficiency (not even 80 plus certified)

2. Very low +12v amps... (v1=20A + v2=20A) = 40Amps (Because of multi-rail, the total amps is more like 36-38Amps)
Because of the low +12v rail, this 700w psu's power output is more like a 450w psu.

3. No name company, so they use cheap quality parts.

4. Lacking connectors: Only has 1 x sata power, and 2 x 4pin molex.

700w psu connectors:
1 x 20+4 Pin
1 x 4+4pin CPU +12V
2 x 4pin Molex
2 x 6+2pin PCI-E Power
1 x FDD Power
1 x SATA Power

5. Short warranty.
