I have a Dell Inspiron 5520 laptop. It has a problem with getting hot and overheating any time I play a game on it. So I've been trying to figure out a way to get the fans to run full blast, all the time. I looked in the BIOS but can't find a way to do it unless I missed something. Any ideas?

The laptop's motherboard should have a temp sensor to tell the fan when to increase speed and provide more cooling.
You might need a third party software to show you your temps while running.
HWMonitor - CNET Download.com
this is the free version, it has some limits but should give you the system temps.
Have you cleaned out the fan and heatsink on it?

A software called SpeedFan might let you control your fan too
Download SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

Alright cool, thanks guys, I downloaded speed fan, and am figuring that out. And I'm going to open up the laptop and see if there's dust in there.
