Which Heatsink?

I need to buy a new heatsink for my Pentium 4 520 on SocketT/LGA775. I want to overclock it to the max. I have $45 to spend on the heatsink. I was thinking maybe a Thermaltake SilentTower or Jungle512. What do you guys think I should get that is under $45?

I was just talking with my Thremaltake Rep about this about 30 minutes about 30 minutes ago.

Personally I am not happy about the running CPU fan noise from any of the newer Intel or AMD CPU. So I am going to be putting those puppies in my systems as standard.

Can I just get 5 Antec Blue Light, Red Light, and Green Light cooling fans instead of buying a heatsink? I would ike to just keep the stock heatsink.

How much wouled each case fan bring the temperature down by? I have on case fan (exhaust) running. Would it be as effective as a new heatsink?
