Compaq Presario CQ40

Hi!!
I have a lap top Compaq Presario CQ40, the problem is, black screen , cap lock and numlock led blink and hard disk not detect , any one have a solution or remedy to the motherboard.

If it is your mother board just say good bye, You can usually find a parted out mother board on ebay but you know how to put one in for it to work. Honestly I would just buy a new laptop.
