Extreme/Ultimate Gaming PC

Hello everyone. A very close friend of mine is wishing to upgrade her already amazing PC. However she has her reasons, and she, like me, doesn't have much knowledge on Components, so if it's okay with the Forums and everybody else I'm here on her behalf in need of advice. The PC needs to be the most Extreme/Ultimate/Extremely Badass PC's going, with her "Budget" I hope her dream can become true. Believe it or not her budget is £12,000, ($18,000). She needs the entire package. OS, Three 27" or higher HD Monitors, Keyboard, Mouse etc. The PC's need for being so extreme, That I am not too sure about, however she's, how can I put it.. Doing well with Finance, and want's to spend this much on her PC so it won't be out dated in a couple years. However if I was to hesitate a guess I'd say, playing every single newly released game on Maximum settings, Full 1080p HD on every game and video her lovely self watches. As in, CoD, Halo, Farcry, Skyrim, GoW, WoW, RuneScape etc. 5TB of HardDrive is a must as her occupation currently involves lots of assignments etc, and she downloads Tons of stuff. She doesn't mind what Components go in, just that she has a £12,000 "Budget" and she's more than happy with spending it all. Many thanks in advance on her behalf. Pretty simple really. 680 4GB SLI, 3930k, 16-32GB of 1600MHz RAM, 256GB+ SSD, 2x4TB HDDs for the space, 3 27" Samsung LCDs.

I would say 2 690s but usually only one can be purchased at a time and the 2GB per GPU limit on each card will be the limiting factor playing in 2D Surround (3 monitors). I'll also mention that if she waits she can have the newest Nvidia card which is coming out next month called the "Geforce Titan". It will be a freakin monster with 6GB of RAM. 2 of those in SLI will last quite a long while.

you should definitly wait a month or so for the new graphics cards to come out.

I honestly have no idea what SLI or SSD is hehe. Well I can ask her, depending on if it's a normal month or the type of 1 Month release date companies usually put on products but end up coming out in 3 months time. She said to me that if it's even possible she literally want's to spend all £12,000, so perhaps Intel i7, Triple NVIDIA Titans etc, she also wants several of the latest and best water cooling systems available etc. Since I'm asking and answering on her behalf, and honestly I'm not going to lie, she was just promoted to Major in the British Army, due to 8+ years of incredible service, and at her young age, with her current salary I'm surprised she doesn't own a nightclub in Malibu. And if needed for this project, a one day flight to the U.S to visit Newegg to get all the parts she needs won't be a problem. So as I was going to ask, when you have some spare time could you possibly link all best, most badass PC components she for some reason needs to fill her "budget" of £12,000, excluding the GPU, I'll see if she can order double/triple Titans. Her and I can just buy some 27" LED Screens and an OS anywhere. I can't word how appreciative I am For all your help and assistance.

Eh, if she can't build or do any of this herself then I highly suggest staying away from water cooling. Maybe an H100i on the CPU, but the GPUs can stay stock. She really doesn't need the extra cooling. Anyways, here is a start.

Both already got some. The Logitech X530 5.1 Surround, we were both considering moving to 7.1 But, the Logitech X530 5.1's are pretty darn amazing, despite them only being around £70 I'd definitely say they can easily compete with top Speakers and other 5.1 Systems in the £1000 range.

do you know which monitors you/she wants? you shouldn't use the standard 1080p or 60hz
you should either get 3 1440p monitors or 3 120hz monitors
(you cant get both...)

or you could get a 4k monitor thats infront of her, then 2 1440p monitors on each side of her...

Well it's for her but we live together. I'm honestly not sure, the biggest possible without being too big that it damages your eyes because of closeness if you know what I mean. I honestly didn't even know 1440p existed, I thought the maximum was 1080p HD. What's Hz monitors? I'd say three 27" Full HD LED 1440p monitors though.
