I am a self taught geek. I'm neither a genius nor an idiot in the field. I have always been the person in the family that assembled whatever needed it. (i.e. the new computer, stereo or surround sound, the shelving units and/or kids toys.) I started gaining my computer knowledge about 10 years ago when I decided I wanted to know more so I took one apart and rebuilt it. Now, I add to, upgrade or build from scratch whatever is needed, from DS game systems to media centers. Most everything I know has been learned by trial and error or with the help of internet and friends.
My main passion, skill and livelihood is in massage therapy and healing arts, as well as I have been a DJ for 20 years now as an extracurricular hobby.
I've joined in hopes to continue to gain knowledge as well as possibly finding a dependable community to help me find solutions to any issues I may come across in all my various technological projects I find myself in.
