Hello All,
I am quite a green horn when it comes to laptops and tech issues. My previous Dell Studio gave way recently and I am in the hunt for a new laptop. WHile I have been happy with Dell I am reading unfavorable reviews about 14z inspiron something I liked initially for my own needs. I have shortlisted an Asus K-55 series laptop but am reading very poor reviews about its customer service. In your experience is it a good company to buy from considering that I will have hardware/software issues later on?
Alternatively what is a good laptop for me to buy? I am looking for a i5 processor which is good for Microsoft Office, lots of videos but no games or music file sharing. I am not looking for Macs.
