^ This motherboard has 2.0 PCI Express slots, the card I've purchased...
Newegg.com - HIS iCooler H777F1G2M Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
Is PCI 3.0.
I just wanted to be sure that I'm not going to run into any problems, would I?

and before you make me post my full system specs, I assure you, everything is fine. Corsair 750w Gold Series, Modular PSU, 4g ram, etc etc...

Still same response. Just for future reference, you could have combined both threads into one post.
My apologies- I'm a neat-freak and having multi-discussion threads is a hot button of mine lol.

Anyway, thank you much for the pointer/info, it's much appreciated.

I'm a neat freak too, and multiple threads on the same topic is forum clutter ;)

No problem. You will only need to upgrade to Z77 or PCI-E 3 if you decide to go SLI/Crossfire with 680/7970 or higher.
