I have acquired a this new Network Card and all the information I can find on it say that it is only compatible with Windows® 98SE, Me, XP, and 2000. I have Windows 7 Ultimate X64 on my PC and wondered if there is any way it would work with my O/S.

By looking at the specs page online, its a very slim chance that it will barely work correctly with windows 7 x86

It will work with windows 98 through xp, your better off investing in something that wont crash nonstop supported os's.
