This is $175, the model number is 3330 so I'd assume it'd be a lower model but it's at 3.2ghz

Then there's this, also 3.2ghz but no integrated graphics for $185

I have a video card so I won't really be using intel's graphics, is there any difference between 3.2ghz sandy bridge vs ivy bridge?

Those are all Ivy. Get the cheapest as you wont notice the difference between 100MHz.
