Something shorted out?

I am pretty sure something shorted out. My buddy went to lean out the window, moved the curtains and brushed his knee against the corner of my case. He was shocked bad, and I guess my noise went all crazy, and the screen had a jagged line through it.

Now when I try to start the computer, the mobo displays FF and does not boot. The front LED on case does not light up blue when PC is turned on either. All of the fans run, just no POST.

I would take the motherboard out of the case and put it on a cardboad box like the motherboard box and just start out with th e memory cpy with cooler and video card mouse and keyboard.And if you can get hold of another power supply at least to test with I would try to boot it up. That is where i would sart first. Also before you try to boot check for any burnt spots on board or components and you should be able to smell burn also.
