A reoccuring issue.

I've tested my ram, my harddrive, my CPU, I think almost everything! Whenever I install anything my computer freezes for a few seconds and my computer makes EEEEEEEEEEEEE noise because i'm always playing music.

FX8150
16GB ram 1333mhz
Seagate 2TB HDD
7750 Radeon card

I think that's all that needs to be said *shrugs*

Check your motherboard. I had a similar problem and it turns out the motherboard had a blown capacitor. One bad capacitor=Whole board shot.

Hm, how could I check this? Just look at the damn thing? I'm posting so much later sorry xD. But could I call the manufacturer and get it fixed or something? Or would I have to buy a new one .

EEEEEEEEEEE noise from speakers? if so turn the volume down on speakers and adjust the volume on windows...

LOL that's my ears, i mean it's the sound of the sound of constantly skipping music.
