Memory match-up?

Hello I have a HP Pavilion Media Center PC model a1357c, and it needs memory. According to Crucial, the specs of the memory I need are as follows:

DDR PC3200, CL=3, DDR400, 2.6V, 128Meg X 64

And I found out an old computer (unusuable due to a bad motherboard) has 2 GB of memory (two 1GB sticks) with the following specs:

DDR PC3200, CL3, DDR400, 64MX8

Is the memory I found compatible with the motherboard ofmy media center PC? They are both 184-pin DIMM if that helps.

All DDR specs match pin type, like DDR is 184-pin. DDR2 and 3 are 240 but the notch is different so you can't put them in the wrong board.

Anyway, yes the specs match so you shouldn't have any trouble putting that RAM in.
