I was hoping someone with some techie knowledge might give me a bit of help with my Asus netbook.
It's just died and wont power on. There are some signs of life however:
When connected to the mains with battery in I get the following:
Power light: on / blue / constant
Battery / charging light: on / orange / flashing
No hard disk / computer noises, no screen.
When connected to the mains with the battery out I get the following:
Power light: on / blue / constant
Battery /charging light: on / blue / constant
Activity / working light: on / blue / constant
Tried running the battery down and reconnecting.
Tried alternative power cable (suitable for this netbook - I checked)
I would really like to give it a go at fixing myself - it's out of Warranty and was quite a cheap but just over a year ago.
