Unable to solve BSOD.

I am unable to solve this BSOD. I looked at the how to diagnose thing, and I tried reinstalling drivers, but it didn't work. I have had this BSOD twice now, at seemingly random times. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.

CX500 PSU, Zotac Overclocked GTX 560 TI 1GB, 16GB DDR3 Memory, i5 2320 Quad Core 3GHz, 1TB 7,200 RPM HDD.
