120Hz vs 60hz

Hmm i guess ill just lock the fps at 60 and is VSync only for Nvidia cards or is it for amd too and you guys got any vsync recomendations?

its not a separate program, most games, if not all, have vsync in the options settings in the game(its part of the game)

i am sure there is some vsync program out there, but you wont need it its ingame
