new graphics cards

hello im running two geforce GTS250 1 gig graphics cards been running them for a few years now so its time for an upgrade was hoping to get some input on the right two for my system first i will start with my pc specs and then some of the cards ive been looking at...

ok thats what i got and what ive been looking at, any suggestions would be appreciated. i want to stay around the 350 price range 700 for both...
also would the 700w psu be sufficient enough two run two of these cards? it does have the two 8 pin connectors but i dunno any suggestions would be appreciated thanks for reading and hopefully your input
