trying to Delete all ATI files off my computer Having a problem..Help!

hey im trying to get rid of all my ATI graphic related stuff off my computer. Iv used Catalyst unistall and driver cleaner 3.3 but there are 3 files that just will not delete. They are inside WIndow/system32 folder. Every time i delete them they end up coming right back into the folder. How the heck do i delete them for good? Those are the only 3 ati files i have on my comp but i just cant see to get them the hell out!!!!!
