I have an HP CP1518IN that has stopped working. It comes on but a green and a red light burns steadily and all it says on the screen is Hewlett Packard. My computer says that the printer is not connected. Do you have any idea what could be wrong? It is a little less than two years old.

The computer works properly with no faults. I can plug into another laserjet printer and it works fine. This printer seems to be frozen with only the message (Hewlet-Packard) on the LCD screen and none of the buttons on the control panel have any effect on the screen.
