Why can't you get a new microphone?

Okay, so I just fixed the issue a little bit, its hardly there anymore. I am keeping the laptop.

What exactly did you do to fix the issue? Just in case anyone else would like to know the solution if they have the same problem.

Upgraded the driver, turned on noise suppression.
