OverClocking my Radeon 9800 xt help please.

Sup guys i just downloaded RADLINKER for my radeon 9800 xt running on the new 4.11 driver's. My comp specs are Pent 4 3.0 gigs 1 gig of ram. At this current time radlinker says that the CORE=411.75 and my MEM=364.50 iv never overclocked before so im kinda leary on doing this so how much should i go up on each? Also should the core and mem be kept apart by so much? or can u go like CORE-411 and Mem=411 or how should each be sperated. Thanks for the info in advance.

I have the same card.

No the mem and GPU should not be the same.

I like to use ATITOOL, for my overclocking, as it has a built in 3d veiw and detects even the most minute artifact(the card messing up). I got mine up to 450/400 when its very cold, but the most stable i got was like 425/380. Like GameGURU said, just take it up a few mhz at a time and test it. Make sure you test it when its all heated up, since thats what its gonna be at unless you game for 5 seconds then turn it off for 5 mintues.
